after braving temperatures in the low 20s and 5" of snow in kansas city, it was GREAT to be back in big D for a beautiful sunny Spring-like weekend. on saturday, we went to lunch with the fam, shopped a little at IKEA and then watched dale jr win the budweiser shootout...YEAH!! we took deacon for a walk on sunday, between several afternoon naps. baby is definitely zapping my energy. we're back to the grind tomorrow, but have a big vacation coming this weekend. have a good week...
