we had a crazy and busy weekend with the fam, but i'm so bummed we didn't take a single photograph to document the fun?!
mom and bret rolled into town late thursday evening, just in time for erin's 25th birthday on friday. we all headed to downtown to Cyclone Anaya's for her dinner celebration...strong margaritas, yummy mexican and lots of men...;)
on saturday, mom and bret got to see drew at swim school and then we headed to southlake for some lunch and shopping the rain. debra, tom and dave met us at snuffer's for cheeseburgers and cheese fries...yum-o! mom whipped up an italian feast for dinner and we played cards into the weee hours. which seemed like a good idea at the time, until drew woke up 2-3 times in the middle of the night and was ready to go again at 6:30am.
deb followed up with another food fest on sunday and drew enjoyed his 1st (real) grilled chicken courtesy of joshie. finally, here's the little one cruising on his tonka truck, which he LOVES! but he doesn't know how to pedal himself, so he's VERY distraught once the truck stops...hahah!!
