lions, jaguars and (drew) bears...oh my!

despite the rain on sunday, josh and i packed up drew and headed to the fort worth zoo. by the time we grabbed some lunch and walked into the park (with everyone else in FW), the rain had stopped and the skies cleared up. it ended up being a beautiful afternoon and we had a great time.

i think drew was more enthralled by all the people than the animals, at least until we got to the jaguar exhibit. he was pacing around the cage and even growled a few times (the jaguar that is). drew's eyes were locked...

we saw saw zebras, elephants, monkeys and...then he'd had enough!

lights out...time to go home!!
