with just over a month until her first birthday, CJ is getting pretty steady at walking, eating us out of the house, sleeping much better, and babbling/yelling from morning to night. despite a terrible teething situation (eruption hematomas on both top incisors), her smile is absolutely infectious. oh, and give her a hug with a pat on the back and she’ll pat YOU on the back. such a sweet little girl!!
on the other hand, DB has been running around the house, running around the bases and into all things pirate courtesy of our new fav disney cartoon, jake and the neverland pirates. we’ve officially jumped head first into the “let ME do it” phase, so anything to encourage his independence is favorable for all. the video was his last at bat for the wee ball season -- watch for a quick fist pump and “woohoo” after he rounds second and third. such a precious little man!
