friday night we surprised erin at a birthday dinner some of her gal pals had put together. josh and i felt like the old foagies of the group. they had a tequila congo line at the restaurant, the gals danced and sang with the band and even though we didn't eat dinner until after 10pm, the food was terrific and we had a great time. i didn't have my flash turned on, so i didn't get very many good pics...
saturday we watched a VERY intense hockey game. congrats to the Stars and Marty for his 1st career win at Joe Louis arena. we'll be back at the game tomorrow night cheering on our boys!!
josh purchased his DREAM truck this weekend. we knew we were going to need another car soon, considering his work truck didn't have a back seat and/or room for a car seat. it sure is pretty, love that new car smell...
today, i outdid myself in the sun. it was so beautiful outside -- clear blue sky and awesome breeze -- so i worked up the courage to put on a bikini to get some sun on the belly. but even 30 minutes was a little too much. will definitely need to lather on the sunscreen next weekend relaxing by the pool...
