bloglovin. it is like the easy button for blog reading and my new favorite site to follow the musings of all my favorite bloggers. although i think it was originally created for fashion blogs, it works for all blog sites and is similar to google reader (although more user-friendly IMO) creating a one page feed of all your favorite writers.
